What Santa Cruz and Arenal are like

The Cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcázar and the Archivo General de Indias are within a few streets of each other, with the lanes of the old Jewish quarter, Santa Cruz, to the east and Arenal, the district round the Maestranza bullring and Plaza Nueva, to the west. Distances below are straight lines from the Cathedral, so a walk is a little longer. In the Santa Cruz lanes, ask the hotel how a taxi or a car reaches the door.
