In this guide
💡 The Short Version: Seville has two Michelin One-Star restaurants, Abantal and Cañabota, and three Bib Gourmand restaurants: Balbuena y Huertas, Lalola and Az-Zait. The places named by the most of the 64 publishers counted are El Rinconcillo (27 sources), Casa Morales (20), and Bodega Santa Cruz and Cañabota (19 each). El Rinconcillo is open daily from 13:00 and takes bookings only for its restaurant, Casa Ricardo is closed on Monday, and the Triana market’s shops are closed on Sundays. Or book a tour: the Seville Tapas Crawlad is from €68.82 for 3 hours.
📊 The evidence behind this guide. Nothing here is ranked on one visit. This pass read 350 list pages, 151 in English and 199 in Spanish, and counts the ones from 31 English and 33 Spanish publishers: newspapers and magazines (Condé Nast Traveler, Time Out, Eater, The Infatuation, Lonely Planet, ABC Sevilla, Diario de Sevilla, El Correo de Andalucía, Cosas de Comer), food and travel writers and blogs in both languages. Seville-only, Spain-only, tour-operator and listing sites (102 sites, 207 pages) are not counted. Counts are publishers, not pages, and the English and Spanish counts are shown apart. The Michelin Guide and Guía Repsol awards are printed beside the places they name. How the guides are made
⚠️ Check the day. Casa Ricardo is closed on Monday and serves lunch only on Sunday. El Rinconcillo closes for the first fortnight of August. The Triana market’s shops are shut on Sundays and holidays. ABC Sevilla reports that more bars and restaurants than before close for about a month in summer.
Michelin and the other awards

The Guía Repsol’s 2026 list gives two Soles to Abantal and one Sol to Cañabota, Lalola, Señor Cangrejo, Leartá, Tribeca, Jaylu, Sobretablas and Kinu, a new Japanese counter (ABC Sevilla).
