Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square
Prague City Tourism describes the Old Town Square market as one of the largest Christmas events in the Czech Republic, with a daily cultural programme, and the Wenceslas Square market as wooden huts along the lower part of the square, with crafts, mulled wine and a daily programme through Three Kings Day (prague.eu, Wenceslas Square). Kudy z nudy says artists from across the country perform on a stage built on Old Town Square. The tree on Old Town Square is lit on 28 November; the organiser’s timetable gives no time. CzechTourism’s portal lists sausages from Czech meat, trdelník, Czech cookies, oysters and snails among the food on the Old Town Square market (Kudy z nudy). The organiser says the 2026 cultural programme is being prepared.
