Prague: Pilsner Urquell Experience & Beer Tastingad, run by The Original Experience Company, is Pilsner Urquell’s beer museum at 28. října 377/13, by Můstek metro. The Original Tour runs from the history of beer through the brewing process to the Beer Hall, where two more beers are poured by tapsters; the two beers or soft drinks are in the price. It is open every day from 11:00 to 20:30 except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, with the last entry 90 minutes before closing. Children can join the Original Tour but are served two soft drinks, because beer is served only to guests aged 18 or over. It is a museum: the beer is brewed in Plzeň.

It takes in a brewhouse from 2004, historic kettles from 1931 and 9 km of cellars at about 5°C, and ends with unfiltered, unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell poured from an oak barrel. Only adults are served the beer; the brewery recommends warm clothes and closed shoes. The brewery is open all year except 24, 25 and 26 December and 1 January, and the tour is not wheelchair accessible from 13 April 2026 (prazdrojvisit.cz). The tour ends at the Na Spilce pub in the brewery complex.

ČD trains run from Praha hlavní nádraží to Plzeň in 1 hour 21 to 23 minutes, at 145 to 169 CZK each way, so a day costs about £25 with the ticket.
