Amal is a non-profit that trains women in cooking. In its garden kitchen you make your own Moroccan dish with its chefs, and the three-hour class includes a traditional tea ceremony and ends with the meal you cooked, with recipes to take home. A baking class runs from 10:00 to 12:30, Monday to Friday, at 300 MAD (about £23), making Ghreyba cookies and msemmen. Book through the form on its site.
