The official tickets

From Disneyland Paris’s ticket pages, 30 September 2026:

  • Buy before you go. Tickets are not sold at the park entrance, except for cash, holiday vouchers or gift cards, and then only if the parks have not reached capacity that day. Without a ticket bought in advance you may be turned away.
  • Dated tickets are for a set day and can be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days before it. Once the parks reach capacity for a date, no more dated tickets are sold for it.
  • Undated tickets are valid for a year, but you must register your visit date in advance to get in, subject to availability.
  • Children aged 3 to 11 pay the child price; under-3s go free.
  • Price match: book on Disney’s UK site, and if you find the same ticket cheaper in pounds within 24 hours, for the same parks, dates, guests and cancellation terms, Disney refunds the difference. Claim within 72 hours.
