💡 The Short Version: Dublin’s Michelin list has no three-star restaurant: Chapter One, Patrick Guilbaud and Liath in Blackrock hold two stars. The places named by the most of the 9 publishers counted are Chapter One (8 sources), Pickle and Fish Shop (7 each) and Uno Mas and Note (6 each). Uno Mas is closed on Sunday and Monday, Fish Shop on Tuesday at lunch, and Allta closes for good on 30 December 2026. Or book a tour: the Dublin: Street Food Tour with Local Guidead is from €27.50 for 3 hours.

📊 The evidence behind this guide. Nothing here is ranked on one visit. This pass read 10 restaurant lists from 9 publishers: five Irish (Lovin Dublin, The Irish Road Trip, Ireland Before You Die, The Times Ireland and Cultured Voyages, a Dublin resident’s list) and four outside (Time Out, Condé Nast Traveler, The Infatuation and Eater). It also read the pub, fish and chips and market lists named below. The unsigned Dublin-only sites and listing sites such as Tripadvisor are not counted. Counts are publishers, not pages, and the Irish and outside counts are shown apart. The Michelin Guide’s awards are printed beside the places they name. How the guides are made

⚠️ Check the day. Uno Mas is closed on Sunday and Monday, Lena on Monday and Tuesday, Etto on Sunday, and Fish Shop on Tuesday at lunch. Allta closes on 30 December 2026.

Michelin and the other awards

Michelin announced its 2026 list for Great Britain and Ireland in Dublin on 9 February 2026. The Dublin page lists three restaurants with two stars and six with one, and no three-star (Michelin Guide). Liath is in Blackrock and The Morrison Room in Maynooth, so seven of the nine starred restaurants are in the city. Michelin changes the list each year, so quote it by name.

The places named by the most sources
